For fitting appointments, we ask that you bring the type of shoes you will wear with the garment (heels, dress shoes, etc.) for the best results.
For your convenience and personalized attention, we request you make an appointment for the DROP-OFF and PICKUP of garments.
This allows our tailors to prepare your garments for your arrival and designate time to ensure the fit is to your liking.

On average, it takes 4 - 6 weeks. We remain in touch with you during the process to ensure you are aware of the status of your garments.
We approach each prototype design request on a case-by-case basis. While we have worked with customers to develop prototypes of garments they want to mass produce, we consider several factors when assessing such opportunities.
